The Therapy
The therapy is a safe and gentle way to give yourself time to explore your experience and begin the process of moving on in a direction that feels empowering for you. The sessions are 1:1 with Sakina Ballard.
We work together at a pace that’s right for you, using various techniques that include:
A safe therapeutic space to express your experience, be deeply heard and understood.
Hypnotherapy techniques to support emotional relaxation.
Human Givens Psychotherapy ‘Rewind Technique’ to reduce impact of emotions and images (optional)
Sessions
The therapy usually comprises of 3-4 sessions, though this can extend if required.
Each session lasts 60 minutes.
Sessions run from 2 locations:
Online via Zoom £60 per session
South Norwood, London SE25 £60 per session
